Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with MSS within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligible for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

14-day new subscription window

Request a refund within 14 days of your first payment for any paid plan. No questions asked.

Technical failure caused by MSS

If a bug or platform failure on our side prevents you from using a paid feature and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Duplicate charge

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.

Unauthorized charge

If you did not authorize the charge and report it to us within 30 days of the transaction.


Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are generally not issued in these situations:

After the 14-day window

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial subscription payment are not eligible, except in cases of billing error or technical failure.

Partial-period refunds

We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period if you cancel mid-cycle.

Violation of Terms of Service

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Free plan

The free plan has no charge, so no refund is applicable.

Change of mind after 14 days

We are unable to issue refunds after the guarantee period simply due to change of mind or not using the service.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your sites and data remain accessible until the subscription ends
  • After the subscription ends, your account reverts to the free plan (if available)
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid features

Note: Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Email us at support@mss.al with the subject line "Refund Request".

Provide details

Include your account email, the charge amount, transaction date, and reason for the refund request.

Verification

We will verify your account and transaction details within 1-2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.


Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No credit is issued for the remainder of the current period.
  • Annual plans: If you switch from an annual to a monthly plan, the change takes effect after your annual period ends.
